Intended Audience | The CAP designed the USFNA pathology program for pathologists with intermediate or higher skill level in performing fine-needle aspirations who wish to expand their practice to include ultrasound-guided FNA techniques. Participants who will benefit the most from the USFNA pathology program will include pathologists who have successfully completed at least 50 FNA procedures in the current year (including performance of tasks such as patient interaction, specimen collection [including the placement of the FNA needle], pathology interpretation of the sample, and the sign-out of the pathology report). | ||
